Weight Room Instructor
The weight room instructor ensures our new members obtain the services for which they have paid, and goes the extra mile to provide unanticipated service. Weight training certification is a benefit, however, Steve Nash | Fitness World will provide the training and certification courses to take the steps to becoming certified in this area.
The ideal candidate:
- Has Our Core Values
- Would eventually like to become a personal trainer or membership representative
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing program cards and equipment orientations to all new members
- Performing fitness assessments for new and current members
- Takes initiative to keep our current members attending our facilities, and bringing non-member friends with them
- Monitors the weight room: Provides exercise technique corrections, enforces club etiquette, and assists in club cleanliness
- Provides information to members regarding our specialty programs and personal training
