Our Ultimate Kickbox class is the perfect way to combine cardio and strength training, giving members of all activity levels the euphoric feeling, they’ve been searching for.

From beginner and intermediate to kickboxing expert, there’s always room to learn and grow in our Ultimate Kickbox class. Our engaging and supportive fitness instructors will work within your limits, showing you the basics, modification options, and new, challenging moves.

And for our members with changing schedules? Don’t worry, we’ve designed our class schedules to feel inclusive of time, which is why we offer 50-minute comprehensive sessions.

Types of Kickboxing Classes at Fitness World

Cardio Kickbox

Enjoy one of our all-time favourite and most popular cardio/strength activities. Our Ultimate Kickbox class is designed to give you the euphoric, high-energy calorie-burning sweat that is unlike any other workout.

Cardio Box

Take your cardio workout into the ring with this boxing inspired format. Five 3min rounds of intense drills topped off with focused core training will get you into fighting form.
