The first, most important step is to take 20 minutes to create an itinerary for your trip! This way you’ll know exactly where you’re going, what you’re doing, AND about how long it will take. So often when we feel out of control, we go off the rails and engage in unhealthy habits.
By creating a detailed plan, you have a greater understanding of where your time is allotted. Do you have to follow this precisely? Absolutely not, but creating a foundation where you can deviate slightly will add a lot more comfort than standing on unlevel ground.
